Feelings
To see how progressive the development of ICT in education nowadays is very well appreciated. I'm so happy to see how good its progress caused from ICT in the Philippines which is a peripheral country.
Evaluation
Everything in life is just like a season , there always a good and bad times. As ICT influence education there were also positive and negative effects specially in the Philippines. The good thing caused from ICT, our education become modernized.
ICT program introduced the use of information technology in the improvement of the teaching and learning process. The bad thing, education system as a whole lacks infrastructure for networking and internet connectivity.
Analysis
Due to this education system, lacks infrastructure for networking and internet connectivity, government address this such problem so the private sector and foreign are increasing their support by means of donors. As a Philippine citizen, we should need to consolidate efforts and help our country develop its DepEd ICT4E Strategic Plan specially in the field of our education.
Conclusion
Therefore, DepEd ICT4E Strategic Plan in the Philippines provide its citizen to transform into more proficient and adaptable life-long learners. By these ICT4E plan we become more effective and efficient to achieve our goals, to be a progressive country through education.
Action plan
To avoid these such problem in the future, as a 21st century citizen, we have to help our country the Philippines to implement the goals of ICT4E. We have to support its strategic plan for the betterment of education.
