Blog Entry No.4  Implement Secured ICT service
A reflective writing for RA No. 10844 by Senate and House of Representatives


Description
"AN ACT CREATING THE DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY, DEFINING ITS POWERS AND FUNCTIONS, APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREOF, AND OTHER PURPOSES" - based on Republic Act 10844. An act shall be known as the " Department and Communication Technology Act of 2015".


Feelings
Being a future 21st century educators, it is good that government implement this law the Republic Act No. 10844.  I really appreciate that there is an affordable, reliable and secure  ICT service.


Evaluation
We gain a lot of benefits through this law, by implementing this policy, we feel safe and being secured. It promotes the national ICT development agenda.


Analysis
The Development of Information Communication Technology(DICT) is expected to spearhead the safeguarding of information and the advancement of ICT in  Philippines. It prioritize the WiFi access at no charge in selected public places including our parks, school and even to seaports for us to have an easy access.


Conclusion
Thereof, the Republic Act 10844 is really important for us to be in secured ICT service. This policy provides us to be engage in the modern world which ruled by ICT in affordable and reliable service.


Action Plan
According to the study of Ilocus ICT council, DICT gather leader across industry, government should find ways by the means of developing ICT community and help formulate action plans through its capacity development.
