Description
Present the government's strategies and programs for the further
 development of Philippine country. It also define the seven guiding principles, CICT Mission, Strategic Plan Programs for ICT, Ensuring Universal Access to CICT, and the legal policy agenda for the Philippine ICT sector.  It also provide a reliable frame of reference to heighten the action planning for the future.
Feelings
As a Philippine citizen, it is very grateful for us to have a well progress society. It is also good to know that our government's primary role is to provide an enabling policy, legal and regulatory environment. I would really love to look forward that in  our 21st century life people achieve full potential for a sustainable development to improve their quality of life.
Evaluation
There are positive and negative impacts of the Philippine ICT. The positive impact  is that, one of the seven guiding principles is to realize the goal of a people-centered  which everyone can create, access, utilize through ICT  where they could develop. While the negative one is that, people may use ICT as an illegal like cybercrime.
Analysis
The government should implement legal and policy to avoid any problem such as cybercrime. They should protect the Data and Privacy each of the individual.
Conclusion
I conclude that through Philippine ICT Roadmap, each citizen gain a lot of benefits specially in improving their quality of life. It enables us to be more confident and competitive in the modern world specially to the 21st century.
Action Plan

As a Philippine citizen, we should abide the government's law or policies in order to avoid and prevent problems cause from ICT. We have to use ICT in good ways for us to have a better future.
